Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Insurance Advisor to join our strong and expanding team at SAK insurance at Söderberg & Partners. The role involves managing existing customers, ensuring smooth administration, and developing customer relationships within the SME segment. You will be a communicative and proactive contact for customers and colleagues, and drive issues forward with structure and initiative.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate insurance within SAK
- Strong administrative ability, eye for detail, and natural understanding of service and customer relationships
- Good IT skills, preferably with experience in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Insuresec certification is desirable
