We are looking for a part-time advisor in debt collection to help people achieve a sound economy. The role involves receiving incoming and outgoing cases via phone and email, and working with a team to increase customers' cash flow through high service quality and a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Previous experience from work in service and customer contact
• Ability to lead yourself and work independently
• Ability to quickly get to grips with new work tasks and work methods
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Team player with positive energy and motivated by working in a goal-oriented operation
