Requirements
- Previous experience in working in service and customer contact
- Ability to lead yourself, driven by challenges, and enjoy delivering to set goals
- Ability to quickly get into new work tasks and work methods and create trust for yourself and us as a company
- High school education in the basics
- Communicative ability in both Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Positive and respectful approach to customers and colleagues
- Team player with a goal-oriented business approach
