Preconstruction Engineering Manager

Ameresco is seeking a Preconstruction Engineering Manager to support and provide oversight of the engineering scope development and preconstruction phases of Federal ESPC projects.

Requirements

• Coordinate between project engineering team and preconstruction team
• Review equipment slated for procurement
• Support quality control review of preliminary schedules
• Qualify subcontractors
• Collaborate with engineering & preconstruction teams
• Participate in bid interviews
• Collaborate with construction team
• Attend and document design meetings
• Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, federal, and jurisdictional safety standards and codes
