Amex GBT is looking for a System Analyst to work closely with the Support team in India, Paris, and Mexico. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting live site issues, and participating in triage with product teams and business teams.
Requirements
- Experience with technical application support
- Travel TMC, Travel industry applications, or Travel technology experience
- Prior experience with technical support queue resolution and ability to troubleshoot web-based technical problems
- Hands-on knowledge of any programming language, Web-Based applications, Salesforce
- Prior experience with Oracle, Sabre, Worldspan, and Amadeus
- ITIL, Salesforce, AWS, and other relevant certification
- Knowledge or experience in using a ticketing system for incident management or case management
- Deep technical troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of SDLC, SCRUM, Agile methodologies, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
- Organizational savvy with good interpersonal skills
- Highly principled and good time management skills
- Experienced problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to cope with pressure, defined objectives, and goals and delivers results
