General Manager

The General Manager for Zaxby's unit is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, contributing to sales and profit goals, and leading team members. This role involves increasing sales, ensuring high standards of food and service, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The GM is expected to implement marketing plans and maintain a positive attitude.

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
• Supervise and motivate Team Members and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure full implementation of new employee training programs.
• Review performance and implement systems daily.
• Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day.
• Utilize management tools to keep records and plan for increased sales.
• Supervise and motivate team members, assist in the implementation of marketing plans.
• Maintain high standards of service and demonstrate leadership.
• Must work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
