Job Description
America's Heartland Packing is seeking a Director of Operations - Harvest to oversee daily operations of the harvest department, managing all harvest processes, coordinating activities, monitoring downtime, and ensuring high production and safety. The role requires a leadership style to establish a strong foundational operation for when the facility is fully operational.
