Lead Person Maintenance Harvest

The Lead Person must have basic knowledge of General Maintenance, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic, Electrical and Electronic Systems, and Welding (TIG, STICK). Leads must be able to work either as a team or individually. Must comply with all company safety rules, lockout tagout (loto) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

Requirements

• 6 months maintenance experience at American Foods Group
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5+ years of related experience and/or training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift or scissor lift or other powered industrial trucks (PIT)
• Read, write, and orally communicate in English and ability to work with no or little supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled
