Job Description
American Hospice and Home Health Services is seeking a Part Time, and/or Per Diem On-Call LVN to service Santa Clara County and San Mateo County.
Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse License in California
- 1-2 years of Professional Experience in Home Health and Hospice
- Current CPR Certification
- IV Certification
- Ability to drive within 30-60 miles a day
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings
