Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program, current certification or license, and CPR certification required
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Stanislaus County
1+ years in home health therapy. Must have a valid CA SLP license and CSCCC-SLP certification. CPR/BLS certification & reliable vehicle needed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - San Joaquin County
1+ yr home health experience. Valid SLP license & CPR/BLS. 1 year of experience in home health therapy preferred
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Solano County
BS/MS in SLP field or equivalent experience. 1+ year in home health therapy or related setting. CA SLP license & CPR/BLS certification
Bereavement Coordinator - Alameda county
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or Master's in Social Work with ordination/endorsement. Grief counseling or hospice philosophy knowledge preferred. CPR certification required
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Associate's degree in science/applied science with approved program. Current CPR and driver's license
