Vice President of Senior Living Facilities

The Vice President of Senior Living Facilities provides executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for all physical assets across American House communities. This role ensures each community operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with American House’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a long-term facilities management strategy
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, Investments and Development to align capital plans
• Collaborate with community leadership and regional teams to ensure facilities strategies support occupancy
• Manage transition of assets including developments, acquisitions and third-party management
• Lead regional and corporate facilities teams responsible for maintenance, environmental services, and physical plant operations
• Direct renovation, repositioning, and new construction projects from concept through completion
• Ensure all communities meet or exceed safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage annual facilities and capital expenditure budgets
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing facilities management team
