Project Manager

We are seeking a part-time Project Manager (PM) to provide project management for a program focused on providing culturally appropriate and integrated mental health services to communities in Bronx, NY. The program will deploy a resource center to community host clinics, develop tailored education and resources, and host community conversations and trainings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of program management and evaluation experience, with preferred experience managing grant funded programs.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations with SMI, integrated care models, and culturally competent care.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data management, problem-solving, utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS), and summarizing program metrics in written and graphical form.
• Demonstrated success in fostering strong, effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders (clinicians, faith leaders, and academic partners).
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
