Job Description
Case Manager Mental Health Professional BH position at The Association for Individual Development (AID). Responsible for developing and implementing individual treatment plans, promoting client wellness, and maintaining compliance with agency and state regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience working in social services
- Navigation of stairs
- No lifting restrictions
- Ability to provide services in clients' homes
- Valid driver's license
- Liability insurance
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's and other relevant trainings
