Job Description
ARC Group is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) for their Assisted Living facility in Townsend, WA. The role involves performing complex testing to assist physicians in diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients. This position requires strong analytical judgment, adherence to quality standards, and a commitment to patient safety.
Requirements
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests across disciplines (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking).
- Accurately analyze and interpret test results according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report test results.
- Comply with all CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and Washington State Department of Health standards.
- Support infection prevention, biosafety, and workplace safety protocols.
