Job Description
AMERICAN SYSTEMS, an employee-owned federal government contractor, is seeking a Senior Flight Controls Engineer to support national priorities. The role involves providing technical solutions, control law design and analysis, flight control system integration testing, and software support. This position requires a Secret clearance and is a full-time remote position.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Flight Control Law design and analysis
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Flight Control system simulation and hardware in the loop
- Flight Control System testing (ground, flight, and lab environment)
