Director of Customer Solution Engagement

We are seeking a Director of Customer Solution Engagement to lead client engagement activities, develop strong relationships with clients, and drive successful customer outcomes. The role requires project management experience, client orientation, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and/or PMP certification
• Project management experience, including prior healthcare agency and/or pharmaceutical launch and market access experience
• Experience with developing cross-channel assets and familiarity with Veeva is a plus
• Prior retail pharmacy experience is a plus
