Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing activities associated with existing product and/or tasks related to new project development, including customer orders, complaints, and delivery schedules. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Enter and process purchase orders
• Maintain pricing within ERP
• Coordinate delivery dates and provide weekly updates to customers
• Update customer databases
• Manage product returns and customer events
