Customer Service Representative

Maintain customer satisfaction through high levels of service, ensuring departmental efficiency and acting as the voice of the customer. Provide single point of contact for customers, manage contract review process, and promote continuous improvement in customer service standards.

Requirements

• Provide single point of contact for all LAND subsidiary customers
• Direct handling of IPR and export license submissions with HMRC
• Cross-training and collaboration with other UK team members
• Manage contract review process to ensure compliance
• Review, interpret, and enter data into internal databases
• Ensure effective fulfilment of order requirements across all relevant departments
• Manage customer complaint process through to resolution
