Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year University
• At least 3 years of direct sales leadership experience within a manufacturing organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent working knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Demonstrated track record of sales quota over-achievement
• Experience prospecting, driving, orchestrating, and closing complex sales cycles
• Track record of understanding product and ideas quickly
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
