Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for performing new and existing product and process validations, supporting Paragon Medical Process and Design Excellence objectives, and leading proactive solutions to safeguard customer and business needs.

Requirements

• Perform new and existing product and process validations
• Develop and implement inspection/validation techniques
• Lead problem identification and resolution
• Mentor and supervise Quality Engineers and Technicians
• Create quality-related training materials
• Design and specify inspection equipment
• Lead continuous improvement activities
• Represent company in customer meetings
• Lead and support internal and external audits
• Regularly complete gage R&R studies
• Calibrate and control gages and measuring equipment
