Quality Engineer in Manufacturing: Superior Tube Company has an exciting opportunity to join a global supplier of mission critical high performance alloy precision tubular products.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Engineering experience in Quality field
- B.S. degree in an engineering discipline with focus on Industrial, Mechanical or Material Science Engineering
- Experience in metals manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to collaborate across departmental lines and with external vendors
- Meticulous and drive to meet or exceed internal and external customer requirements
- Effective communication in both written and oral formats
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with reviewing/interpreting drawings and specifications
- Experience working with metals given preference
- Experience in the aerospace, defense or medical device industry a plus
- Experience with quality auditing, ISO9001, AS9100 or Nuclear quality a plus
