The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving Brookfield’s sales strategy and execution across South India, focusing on revenue growth, distributor development, and strengthening market position in material characterization instrumentation.
Requirements
- Develop and implement sales and business strategies for South India
- Monitor and drive sales performance within the region
- Build, optimize, and support distributor networks
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors
- Mentor and guide territory distributors
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts
