Job Description
Amperos Health is seeking an Operations candidate to own key data and revenue operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of data in their platform, and ensuring AI agents operate flawlessly. The role involves managing customer healthcare claims data operations, working with teams to diagnose and resolve data issues, and building repeatable data and revenue workflows.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in data-heavy environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure messy datasets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Excel. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare data is a plus
