Job Description
We're looking for an Operations candidate to help build and optimize RCM operating workflows that enable AI-powered revenue cycle management. You will monitor the quality and performance KPIs of our AI and oversee a team of collectors and billers to develop operational processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare RCM operations, claim management, or payer workflows
- Strong process-management skills
- Ability to identify operational issues and drive cross-team solutions
- Excel proficiency required. SQL experience is a plus
