Join our team as a part-time Service Lead/Keyholder at Lolli & Pops, where you'll help drive store-level financial and operational results, keep your team focused on guest engagement, and ensure every guest has a positive experience. Requirements
- Monitor store KPI targets and take action to achieve targets
- Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge
- Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and selling skills
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
- Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
- Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively
- Lift up to 25 pounds
