Requirements

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets
• Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge
• Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and selling skills
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
• Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively
