Director of Behavioral Health

Amplifier Health is seeking a senior clinical leader to be the 'architect and steward' of their clinical strategy for Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). The role focuses on scientific rigor, evidence-based practices, and clinical credibility, serving as the company's subject matter expert and external voice of expertise within the industry. This is a strategic role, not a patient-facing one.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical credentials (PhD, MD/DO, PsyD, or related)
• 10+ years of experience in clinical practice, research, or a strategic role in digital health or health technology
• Recognition as an expert in BHI, CoCM, digital mental health, or clinical informatics
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strategic acumen
