Job Description
Amplifier Health is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to serve as the company's clinical strategist and subject matter expert. The role focuses on building and sustaining a Clinically Rigorous Behavioral Health Program, grounded in clinical science and evidence-based practices. The Director will guide product development, commercial efforts, and thought leadership while embodying a trusted clinical partner.
Requirements
- Advanced clinical credentials (Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, MD/DO in Psychiatry, PsyD, or similar) - PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in clinical practice, behavioral health research, or a senior clinical strategy role
- Recognized expertise in BHI, CoCM, digital mental health, or clinical informatics
- Exceptional communication skills
