Job Description
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall technology strategy.
Requirements
- Familiarity with network management concepts and provisioning systems
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and tools
- Active Directory and Domain Controller Administration
- Experience with Google Workspace and MS Office
- Project management skills, especially in IT infrastructure projects
- Experience writing and maintaining SOP
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills, especially managing time-sensitive tasks
- Self-starter able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical team members
