Associate - Health Care (HEOR, Epidemiology & Market Access) (2026 Start Date)

Analysis Group is seeking an Associate to join its Health Care (HEOR, Epidemiology & Market Access) practice. As an Associate, you will work on complex business problems, conduct quantitative analyses and modeling, and support health economic modeling. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of internal and external presentations, and collaborate with colleagues to produce high-impact conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in biostatistics, environmental health, epidemiology, health economics, health policy, mathematics, public health, statistics, or related quantitative fields
• Ph.D. or MBA/MPH/MS with at least 4 years of experience in applying quantitative methods to real-world research problems in the health care industry or experience in market access and/or health care consulting
• Strong quantitative and research skills, with expertise in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or statistics
• Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (e.g., SAS, Stata, R)
• Familiarity with healthcare data types such as claims, electronic health records (EHRs), registries, or clinical trial data
• Passion for using data and evidence to inform strategic decisions across the life sciences product lifecycle
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic record and organizational skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and an inclusive, growth-oriented mindset
