HEOR Data Programmer (2026 Start Date)

Analysis Group is looking for a HEOR Data Programmer to support data-driven projects within the HEOR practice area. The role involves data analysis and management, including data preparation and analytical and statistical programming. The role provides hands-on experience with healthcare datasets, statistical software, and reporting tools, and offers opportunities to grow programming and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate and/or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, biostatistics, software engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Coursework or internship experience with statistical software (SAS, R, SQL, or Python).
• Familiarity with healthcare data (claims, electronic health records (EHR), or survey data) is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
