Member of Corporate Development

Anchorage Digital is seeking a highly motivated Member of Corporate Development to join their rapidly growing team. As a key member of the Corporate Development group, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions and investments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong technical skills and a good understanding of company financials, reporting requirements, GAAP, and an understanding of debt and equity structures and markets
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis, synthesize complex information, and identify emerging trends and potential investment or acquisition opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes and timelines while executing quickly on deliverables
