Andela is seeking a General Manager to lead the launch of Andela Academy, a new business line that helps enterprises reskill and redeploy their workforce at scale. The role will oversee a core team of Learning Managers and Architects, manage a distributed bench of instructors and mentors, and partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Talent Operations to deliver high-impact, certification-driven learning programs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education
• Proven success in building or scaling a revenue-generating L&D or reskilling business
• Deep understanding of enterprise client dynamics
• Strong grasp of certification and assessment ecosystems
• Data-driven leader who can interpret learning performance metrics
• Skilled at cross-functional leadership, influencing Product, Sales, and Operations stakeholders
• Exceptional communicator and client advocate
