Job Description
The Vice President of Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Andela's marketing strategy to accelerate growth, drive market visibility, and enhance our brand positioning.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing
- At least 5 years leading marketing in a senior leadership capacity
- Experience in IT services, GenAI services, or talent marketplaces
- Proven ability of exceptional leadership and scaling marketing teams
- Demonstrated track record of crafting and executing strategic marketing plans
- Extensive knowledge and experience across brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing operations
