Pharmacist

AndHealth is a healthcare technology company created to help people reverse chronic disease. We are looking for a Pharmacist to play an important role at AndHealth, providing exceptional patient care and service to health center providers.

Requirements

• PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) degree
• Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Indiana
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy
• BLS/CPR certification
• Immunization delivery certification (preferred)
• 2+ years of specialty pharmacy experience (preferred)
• PGY1 residence or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• CSP credential (preferred)
