Pharmacist

AndHealth is a healthcare technology company seeking a Pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and service at a Community Health Center in Noblesville, Indiana. The role involves clinical pharmacy services, patient counseling, and quality management.

Requirements

• PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Indiana
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy (preferred)
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 month after start)
• Immunization delivery certification (preferred)
• 2+ years of specialty pharmacy experience (preferred)
• PGY1 residence or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• CSP credential (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple things simultaneously
• Comfortable with technology and ability to adapt to new systems
