Analytics Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to support their Air Defense team. The role involves designing and maintaining data systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting operational workflows. This position focuses on data ingestion, transformation, security, and analysis, with a mission to modernize US military capabilities. The company is a defense technology company focused on AI, sensor fusion, and advanced networking.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused or data-oriented role
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong skills in scalable and adaptable logical and physical data models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive consensus and lead through influence
• Comfort navigating a polyglot ecosystem
• Procedural fluency in writing, debugging, profiling, testing, and maintaining performant Python and SQL code
• Experience with DevOps and software deployment
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with microservices architectures
• Current US Person status (U.S. citizen or permanent resident) with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Secret Clearance or higher
