Requirements

• Proven development and growth leader with experience building and executing business capture strategies.
• Demonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions with a focus on maritime industries.
• Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of autonomous systems and surface platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong management and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills with experience briefing senior executives.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active US Secret security clearance.
