Job Description

They are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead efforts shaping and capturing opportunities with US Navy, USMC, and International Partners. This role involves developing capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and managing clients to secure and expand business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US Navy and a passion for innovative defense technology.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Defense Capture related to Missile or Weapons Systems.
- Prior experience working with US Navy program offices / customers.
- Experience with missile systems across a variety of roles and missions.
- Ability to interface with a wide range of US Department of Defense and international customers.
- Prior experience working with technical partners / engineering teams.
- Comfortable with personally setting and achieving goals in a complex environment.
