Client Care Coordinator

Angels of Care is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to be a key point of contact between families and care teams. The role involves coordinating client care, handling communications, collaborating with clinicians, and ensuring high-quality patient experiences. This is an on-site, full-time position with a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or client-facing administrative roles (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities effectively
• Familiarity with office technology (Microsoft Suite, etc.)
