Orientation and Client Care Coordinator

The Orientation and Client Care Coordinator is a dual-role responsible for both client care and onboarding activities for nurses and office team members. This position focuses on providing support and ensuring a positive experience for incoming and outgoing clients and employees. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to help others.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls
• Support scheduling of nurses and client visits
• Build relationships with nurses and families
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes
• Enter and maintain employee information
• Assist with employee recordkeeping
• Provide orientation support in person, over the phone, and via email
