Job Description
The Product Manager is a senior leadership role that bridges strategic product vision with execution delivered by Product Owners across the organisation. The role requires a senior product leader who communicates with clarity and influence, able to engage stakeholders, understand complex needs, and balance competing priorities.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience in role
- Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) PSPO2 or similar
- Scaled Agile experience of working across multiple Agile teams
- Prior experience in product management, Agile, Scrum, DevOps modes of operation, business analysis, or a related role in software development
- Awareness of UX principles and the value of intuitive, user-friendly designs, backed by user research and feedback mechanisms
- Basic understanding of the technology stack, allowing effective communication with developers and understanding of potential technical constraints
