Job Description
As a Staff Engineer at Ankorstore, you will drive architectural thinking and contribute directly to key initiatives. You will own key architectural decisions, drive the adoption of modular design patterns, and contribute hands-on to complex technical components. You will also coach Senior Engineers and promote best engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in Staff+, Tech Lead, or equivalent senior IC roles
- Proven ability to design, evolve, and scale complex distributed systems
- Experience driving architectural initiatives inside fast-paced product organisations
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain modeling
- Strong hands-on proficiency in one or more of Ankorstore’s core backend languages (PHP, Golang)
