Job Description
Annexon Biosciences is seeking a Senior Manager of Medical Affairs (MA) Operations to support the neurology and ophthalmology Medical Affairs Teams. This role involves coordinating with external vendors, planning meetings, ensuring compliance with contract processes, and overseeing the entire pharmaceutical portfolio, prioritizing collaboration with VPs and Medical Director(s). The company is committed to making an impact through its late-stage clinical platform targeting complement-mediated neuroinflammatory diseases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional biopharma operations role (e.g., medical affairs, commercial, R&D, other)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and cross-functional roles
- Expertise in project management and resource planning
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
