Job Description
PharmaEssentia USA is a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company focused on developing biologics for hematology and oncology. They are seeking a Senior Director of Medical Affairs to develop and execute a medical affairs strategy, manage a team, and provide scientific oversight for a new product launch (ropeginterferon in polycythemia vera). The role requires cross-functional collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD or PharmD (MD preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
- 6+ years of experience in Medical Affairs
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and clinical terminology
- Ability to articulate complex scientific information in understandable business terms
- Thorough understanding of clinical methodologies
