Job Description
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking Medical Support Assistants (Medical Receptionist) to support the Sheridan VA Medical Center. The position involves scheduling appointments, coordinating veteran care, processing patient records, and handling phone calls. They are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on national security, healthcare, and IT solutions.
Requirements
- Scheduling appointments
- Validating and updating patient demographics
- Processing health records into CPRS and VISTA systems
- Managing community care consults via HSRM and PPMS
- Handling phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Working with the patient aligned care teams
- Performing pre- and post-appointment tasks
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, VA privacy, and security standards
- Participating in team huddles and maintaining workflow efficiency
