Job Description
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) to support the Veterans Administration (VA) Fredericksburg Health Care Center. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, scanning insurance, preparing for clinic visits, and assisting with claims processing. Requirements
- Schedule, cancel, and re-schedule patient appointments.
- Scan insurance cards and protect secure information.
- Scan records and documents into EMR.
- Make outgoing and receive incoming phone calls.
- Assist in arranging transportation for eligible patients.
