Job Description
Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the foundational team, driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI solutions for large enterprise organizations in DACH. This role focuses on securing strategic deals, leveraging consultative sales expertise, and collaborating with various teams to refine the AI productivity SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will be highly engaged with AI systems and possess strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise technology, preferably in SaaS or emerging technologies
- Specialized sales industries experience: Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy and Utilities
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals
- Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in the enterprise sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and decision-making processes
- Experience negotiating complex agreements within enterprise procurement frameworks
