Operations and Founder Experience - Visiting Associate

We are looking for a proactive and engaged operator to join the Founder Experience team as a visiting associate and support the planning and execution of Antler ONE.

Requirements

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Previous experience in startups, consulting, event planning, or side projects showing initiative.
• A bias to action - you get things done without waiting for perfect instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in teams across multiple workstreams.
• You bring energy, initiative, and take pride in creating smooth, well-executed experiences for others
