Founder Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Founder Operations Manager to run the internal and founder-facing operations of Antler in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, high agency, and a systems thinking approach to design and run complex processes.

Requirements

• Design, run, and continuously improve the day-to-day founder scouting and selection operations
• Hire, manage, and lead interns supporting scouting and operations
• Own and execute founder-facing operations end-to-end
• Manage the Berlin office and coordinate across the organisation to ensure flawless delivery
• Identify repetitive, manual work and automate aggressively
• Build dashboards and lightweight systems that create visibility and reduce noise
